Maple Gardens Fitness Center
Located in Building 3
Get in shape in our state-of-the-art Fitness Center. It’s only $30 a month – at that price there’s no excuse. To Join The Fitness Center, you must fill out a membership agreement and bring a $30 Money Order to the leasing office to register.

Maple Gardens Laundry Facility
Located in EVERY Building
Fully equipped laundry facilities are located in the basement of each building. Machines operate only with the use of a prepaid laundry card, available for purchase inside each the laundry room.
Hours: 6 A.M. – 12 Midnight 7 Days a Week
Maple Gardens Self-Storage Facility
Maple Gardens is pleased to provide our Self-Storage facilities, which offer various units and pricing to fit our residents’ needs.
The units start at 5′x5′ (25 sq. ft.) and go up to 8′x17.5′ (140 sq ft), and pricing starts as low as $40 per month. Stop by the Rental Office for information on availability and pricing.

Maple Gardens Supermarket
Located in Building 20
At the Maple Gardens’ Grocery Store, you’ll find everything you need – from fruits, deli products, cleaning supplies, and much much more.
Hours: 7 A.M. to 10 P.M. 7 Days a Week
A STATE-OF-THE-ART SECURITY SYSTEM IS USED TO ENSURE ONLY RESIDENTS OF THE MAPLE GARDENS COMMUNITY AND THEIR PRE-REGISTERED GUESTS ARE PERMITTED ACCESS INTO THE COMPLEX.

Maple Gardens Security
Our security officers offer a visible presence in our community, making periodic inspections of the property and following up with any security related resident concerns.
Through a combined effort between local law enforcement agencies, our management team, and our residents, we’ve succeeded in decreasing abolishing crime in our community.
At Maple Gardens security is a top priority, the controlled-access entry gates allow you to access the property only through the use of your personal I.D. card.
Therefore, for the protection of all Maple Gardens residents, all non-resident guests must be pre-registered with security.

Maple Gardens Maintenance Services and Guarantee
Regular Maintenance
Our community maintenance engineers will take care of any service request on weekdays. To ensure that your needs are met quickly and affectively, maintenance can only be performed when the request is issued by the maintenance office. If you have a service request, call the maintenance office and report the problem and we will respond as promptly as possible.

Emergency Maintenance
In case of an emergency, we have a 24-hour emergency maintenance service for weekends, holidays and after office hours. Call our Security Department, 973-374-8496 and they will relay your request to maintenance personnel.
